JoJubi Saddlery Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

 

ORDERING METHOD

JoJubi Saddlery website offer on-line purchasing. Orders via fax or email will not be accepted.

 

CURRENCY USED

On the website (www.jojubisaddlery.com.au) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).

All prices displayed on the website (www.jojubisaddlery.com.au) will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the Australian Website (www.jojubisaddlery.com.au) will be subject to Australian GST.

The rate of Australian GST is 10%.

 

SHIPPING RATES

JoJubi Saddlery will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable.

Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of JoJubi Saddlery.

JoJubi Saddlery reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

-Shipping rates charged to any destination;
-Delivery method;
-Carrier or shipping provider.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Online orders for delivery within Australia are normally dispatched via Australia Post E-Parcel Express and usually arrive within 1-3 business days from dispatch.

 

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.

If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.

Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify JoJubi Saddlery, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

 

PRICING

JoJubi Saddlery reserves the right to change prices without notice.

All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia.

Customers having orders delivered outside Australia are exporting the goods and therefore shall not subject to the GST and this component will be removed automatically prior to final calculation for payment.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

Returns will not be accepted if you simply change your mind or the item is no longer suitable (style/size).

For this reason, we welcome an exchange on orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition.

To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email [email protected] with your name, contact details, internal order number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment. If the style you require is ‘out of stock’ an online credit note or refund will be issued.

Once the return is approved, you will be notified of the address to enclose the details of your name, contact details, internal order number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). and merchandise to.

Refunds will only be applied if the product is deemed faulty. JoJubi Saddlery reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty, and if deemed so, a replacement will be shipped where possible and subject to stock. All postage costs will be incurred by the purchaser. For faulty products, please include a copy of the postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty, we will credit the cost of the postage.

JoJubi Saddlery reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by JoJubi Saddlery a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the JoJubi Saddlery Head Office.

 

PLEASE NOTE: a) JoJubi Saddlery will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. b) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. c) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you. d) You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order. e) In the event that your product is lost in transit, JoJubi Saddlery will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post. f) We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

 

RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

If your order is returned for refund and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned in original condition; otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you wish to return purchased items but keep the promotional item we are happy to offer you an online credit note.

There is no warranty or exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage.

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, JoJubi Saddlery reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.

JoJubi Saddlery will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
